Recipe: Mote & Meat




What You'll Use:
2 cans of mote or hominy in English (I use Goya)
beef chunks or chicken (here I used steak although you can even use eggs)

What You'll Do:
cook seasoned beef chunks
half-way through add mote to make sure it softens and absorbs the flavors
take out the beef chunks and shred in food processor
add back to mote
serve and enjoy!

Note:  I like to put any meats I can into the food processor to make it easier for the kids to feed themselves:0)
